About Vaishno Devi Yatra :
Vaishno Devi in Jammu and Kashmir is a pilgrimage town that attracts large devotees to its Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Mandir. Vaishno Devi, a manifestation of Goddess Durga, is the deity to whom the town and temple are dedicated. It is a popular belief that she herself calls devotees here. Vaishno Devi Mandir, is a temple cave set within the Trikuta Mountains. Devotees pay their respects to three naturally formed rocks that embody Maha Lakshmi, Maha Kali and Maha Saraswati. If you cover the yatra on foot, you can stop by at Ardhkuwari, also called Garbajoon Cave, which is said to be where the Goddess meditated before slaying the demon Bhairavnath.
Your yatra to Vaishno Devi, specifically to the temple, is made easier via the Vaishno Devi Ropeway and the helicopter service from Katra. Katra is yet another pilgrimage town in the Udhampur district that serves as the base camp for devotees heading to Vaishno Devi.
Visit to Vaishno Devi is considered incomplete without a visit to Bhairavnath Mandir, dedicated to Baba Bhairavnath, and built on the same spot where he was beheaded.

In the afternoon visit Nishat Bagh-'The garden of pleasure' and Shalimar Bagh-'Abode of Love'. Enjoy Dal / Nagin Lake Speed boat ride in the evening. Enjoy shopping in the evening.

- Morning travel to scenic Gulmarg. En-route visit carpet factory. Pass by the picturesque golf course. Take a cable car ride to Apharwat snow point to get breathtaking view of Khilanmarg. Later free time for various activities like Snow-boarding and skiing at your own cost or simply have fun playing in the snow.

- Proceed to Pahalgam – a tourist destination situated on Lidder River famous for its lush green meadows and prestine waters. En-route visit Awantipora ruins – a temple complex dedicated to Lord Shiva and Vishnu were build by King Avantiraman in 9th century. Later visit cricket bat factory and pass by the Pampore Saffron fields. Then we take a quick photo stop at Apple and Walnut Plantations. Proceed Chandanwari for a magnificent view of Lidder valley. Later take a photo stop at Betaab Valley. Enjoy get-together with your travel companions in the evening.

- Proceed to Srinagar for flight to Jammu. On arrival proceed to Katra - the base point of Vaishnodevi. In the evening proceed for the Vaishnodevi Temple, a trek of total 28 kms.

- Return back from Vaishnodevi. Free day for relaxation or leisure activity.
- Proceed to Jammu. Board the flight for your hometown. Tour Concludes.
